Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Booking time for spiritual or energy work involves not only scheduling but also the unseen preparation that goes into holding space. Whether you’re receiving guidance or participating in a workshop, your booking is part of a sacred and professional commitment. For this reason, all bookings are treated as final once confirmed.
Private Sessions
For private sessions of any kind, 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your session payment. If you are within the required window, your original payment may be transferred to a new date, and a $25 administrative fee will be charged at the time of rebooking.
If you are late to your session, the time lost may be deducted from your session length to respect the schedule of others. In the case of no-shows, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Classes
My classes are intentionally small to allow for depth and direct support. Because of this, each space is valuable and cannot easily be re-filled at the last minute. 14 days’ notice is required for any requests to transfer to another course date. If you’re within this window and need to change dates, a $150 administrative fee will be required to transfer your spot. If you cancel registration less than 14 days before class, the full tuition is non-refundable. No transfers or credits will be issued unless otherwise agreed. Discounted tuition and deposits are non-refundable. They may be transferred once to another date within 365 days of the original payment and a $150 administrative fee will apply for that transfer.
Respecting the Work and the Energy
These policies are not punitive—they exist to support the sustainability of the work. Because I do not overfill classes or overbook clients, each missed or changed booking represents a real financial and energetic loss. These boundaries are in place so that I can continue to offer this work with presence, depth, and fairness to everyone I serve.
Emergencies and Exceptions
Exceptions are always made for my death doula clients, for reasons I trust are self-evident.
If a genuine emergency, medical issue, sudden family crisis, or unavoidable act of nature prevents anyone else from attending their scheduled session or training, please contact me soon as possible. I will always approach these situations with compassion and will do my best to work with you. However, disregard for boundaries may result in limited access to future bookings.
By booking a session or training, you are agreeing to this policy in full. Thank you for honoring the energy, time, and integrity of this work.

General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately, there is no effective way for us to issue refunds. We will be happy to answer questions regarding our products before your purchase to ensure it will meet your needs. While most clients have powerful visual or spiritual experiences during their shamanic journeys, each session is unique, and experiences can vary. Please understand that specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. The work is still being done, whether or not it aligns with your personal expectations in the moment. This is spiritual work, and its impact and blessings continue unfolding long after the session ends. Refunds will not be issued based on expectations of what one hoped to see or feel. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of New York. The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in New York.
Changes
Sibylla Azarica reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to the effective changes. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective. Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.
